Description:

Using the Dr.Pad Electronic Medical Records app, you can effectively manage all patient records, including personal information, medical reports, medication details, visit history, clinical notes, patient history, and other important notes. Appointments for patients are easily coordinated using the Dr.Pad app.

The app allows for convenient storage and quick access to various test and screening files (such as X-rays and blood tests) for your patients. You can also collaborate with your office assistants to update patient medical records, ensuring prompt availability of information.

In addition to the free version, there are PAID options that offer:

 <li>ALL FEATURES (Excluding Cloud): Multiple document attachments per visit, generation of patient medication and clinical notes as PDFs, access to historical data in a single screen, direct printing of prescriptions from the app, multiple clinic support with single sign-on capability, easy switching between clinics for visiting practitioners.</li>
 <li>CLOUD SUBSCRIPTION: HIPAA-compliant secure cloud storage with encrypted backups, unlimited cloud storage for clinical data, cross-user and cross-device syncing capabilities, automatic sync to secure cloud, collaboration with nurses or assistants on clinical data with limited admin access.</li>
</ul>

The app offers in-app purchases for additional features and cloud storage. Subscriptions via iTunes entail automatic renewal unless manually cancelled 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

For a free 30-day trial period, no charges will be incurred until the trial ends. Following confirmation of purchase via iTunes account, charges will apply according to the selected subscription plan. Any unused trial period will be forfeited upon subscribing.
